All Screens Page Down when Opening NT

I was noticing that when I open NT all open windows from other programs will go to the bottom of the screen as if I pressed Page Down repeatedly

Why does this happen?

I've never seen this on windows XP or windows Vista (both 32 bit).

Thank you for your post.

Are you shaking any of the windows? This is a Windows 7 feature where is will close all other windows.

Nope,

Every time I open it automatically starts paging down all open windows.

Also, today I noticed that I had opened the volume and as NT opened, it was bringing volume to 0
