license cannot be verified

Hi there,

when I open Ninjatrader it comes up with a message saying "your license cannot be verified and is set to 'simulation only' mode..."

I am unable to connect to a live data feed to trade live simulation.

Do you know what the issue is?

Who are you connecting to?

They finally killed a lot of keys that were in use before for demo's or something like that.

Does the key start with @SIM ?

Mine throws the same message after the ZenFire fiasco.

Additionally, attach your log and trace to your request as well

You will find the log file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Log folder.

The log file will be named "log.20140221.txt"

You will find the trace file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.

The trace file will be named "trace.20140221.txt"
