Charts blank with IB feed this am

Anyone else having issues with NT & IB data feed this am? All my charts are blank but I can see the bid/ask on right side in chart trader.

Hello MFinMO,

Please disconnect from IB, reset the instruments and restart NinjaTrader.

To reset your instruments please: go to the Tools menu, select the Options menu item, select the Data tab, and then click on 'Reset Instruments'.

That didn't change anything. Charts still blank

So I may look further into this, please send a note to Support [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com with "ATTN: Chris S" in the subject line.

In the message, please include the following:
1.) A link to this forum thread.
2.) Your log and trace files for today.

You will find the log file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Log folder.

The log file will be named "log.YYYYMMDD.txt"

You will find the trace file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.

The trace file will be named "trace.YYYYMMDD.txt"

IB Charting Issues

Hi there,

I also had charting issues with Interactive Brokers but I was able to resolve the issue by resetting the instruments per Christopher's suggestion. There were some issues with IB connectivity earlier as well.
