intraday bars not showing live changes

    intraday bars not showing live changes

    1 5 min charts of emini sp500 march contract
    show the moment i open a chart but freeze there.
    i connect with kinetik then connect w global futures; ive connected the reverse; ive connected only global futures.

    only when i change time frame from say 1 min to 5 min does it show latest snapshot...then no more.

    i emailed support two days back...no reply

    the same on both mac and pc

    1.) Which version of NInjaTrader are you using? (Help > About)
    2.) If the instrument is selected in the Orders tab of the Control Center do you see updates to bid, ask and last price or is 'n/a' shown?

      Im using 64 bit 7.0.1000.21 on pc, and 32 bit 7.0 on mac 7.0.1000.15
      I see n/a showing in the Orders tab of the Control Center on either computer
      DOM is also empty

      It worked on my mac with the feb contracts. The pc is new.

        Hello,

        Please update to the 7.0.1000.21 release on the PC using the older version of NinjaTrader.

        After updating, reset NinjaTrader's instrument list on both PC"s:
        • Open the Options menu (Tools > Options)
        • In the Data tab click Reset Instruments.
        • Restart NinjaTrader.



        After restarting, reconnect and reload ES 03-14 data.

          as i mentioned, i do have the latest version on pc
          so i did reset instruments on both pc and mac...
          ok working on pc now
          on mac there is chart movement now, but still shows n/a in orders tab
