Missing Datafeed for NT7 Demo platform

Dear Sir,

I have encountered many days of missing data on my NT7 demo platform.

I got my datafeed from Gain Capital.

Could you provide some assistance on this matter.

Hello,

The free NinjaTrader historical data servers which are used by default are unavailble at this time. As a result, I would recommend that you recreate the connection and set NinjaTrader to use GAIN data servers where 48 hours of tick, minute and daily data are avaialble.

To recreate the connection:

• Please go to the Tools menu--> select Account Connections--> highlight the connection--> click Remove
• Restart NinjaTrader
• Please go to the Tools menu--> select Account Connections and recreate the account connection.
