Adjust for splits/dividends check box will not work...

I have repeatedly tried to uncheck the Adjust for splits box and it will not work. When I start NT, I go to the Options/Data area. If I uncheck either box and try and run a backtest, the backtest will freeze up and no results will show up.

If I uncheck the box, exit the program and click Yes To All, or Yes, then go and reopen the program again, the checkbox is checked again.

What am I doing wrong? Thanks!

Thanks for your post.

It seems that something is blocking the changes from saving or access to the file.

Do you have an anti virus/firewall installed and if so which one? (example: Norton, AVG, Avast)
Do you have a backup or auto backup program that runs on your system?

I do have AVG. No Autoback however...

That did it. I suspended AVG and it worked. Thanks..

I'm glad to hear that worked for you.
You may want to add NinjaTrader to AVG's exceptions list.
You will need to exclude the following directories.
C:\Program Files (x86)\NinjaTrader 7 or C:\Program Files\NinjaTrader 7
(My) Documents\NinjaTrader 7
