    Repeatedly asking relogin after connecting NJ to IB WTS

    I am using IB Workstation 938.1.
    From Ninjatrader, when I select connecting, File -> Connect -> MyIBConnection to connect, it asks me user/password and provide code/IB. At this time, I saw TWS is opened. But at this time, File -> Disconnect -> MyIBConnection is not high-lighted. After a few seconds, IB TWS asks me to provide code to login again.

    When I provide code/IB, it just repeats the same again and again. It looks to me it didn't get fully connected.

    Is there anything I could do at this moment?

      1) What version of NinjaTrader are you using? (Example: 7.0.1000.21)

      * You can check under Help -> About

      2) Does your Traders Workstation settings match the ones in the second screen shot of our Interactive Brokers connection guide?

      3) Are you using Mosaic Mode and if so do you have the Advanced Order Management (TWS) window open?
      4) Does the icon at the top left of your Traders Workstation match the one in the Interactive Brokers Connection Guide? (blue box with IB inside)

        I did the suggested steps, or uncheck "run-time pop up handling". It didn't help.

            It works now. What I did wrong was:
            I open/login NJ first, connection triggers TWS including providing user/password etc. The problem disappears after I open TWS first.
