FGBL & FGBM on Rithmic not Working

I am able to load FDAX charts (tick, range, minute) on Rithmic.

However, I am not able to load charts on FGBL, FESX and FGBM that are also Eurex

I can see current price but cannot load any Tick, Range or Minute Charts

What am I doing wrong

The historical data would be provided by the NinjaTrader Historical Data servers and the data is not provided for these instruments.

I have no issues getting historical Eurex data. Only on Saturday it is not working.

I have no clue, but you really should get the historical data, especially if you can download it for FDAX. Perhaps try other rollover dates, not only March, also June and see if you get the data. As far as I know you get the historical data directly from Rithmic and not from Ninja's data server. But there is no Rithmic datafeed on Saturday as far as I know.

My connection seems to have the same settings as yours, in that I cannot get the historical data for the Eurex. However, my collegues confirmed it is possible to receive this historical data from the servers. So we may further test your account connection, can you please send me your configuration file?
