I'm trying without success to connect to Opentick's ES on CME. NT gives a No data error (1003). How to solve this problem?

Hello,
Thank you for your note.
Can you please verify you request data for the ES June contract and not the March contract.
Please remove your current OpenTick account connection and recreate a new one.
If the issue persists,I suggest to contact OpenTick and check if you are set up correctly to receive data for the ES.
