    Export data problems

    Hi,

    |I am trying to export data (minutes) that I imported (ticks). I can see the data correct on the graph and also in the historical data manager. when trying to export one minutes bars after about 70% it stop processing and stuck.

    any idea how to solve this issue?

    Hello Assaf,

    Could you manually attach your most current log and trace files to support [at] ninjatrader [dot] com, so I may investigate this matter further.

    You will find the log file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Log folder.
    The log file will be named "log.YYYYMMDD.txt"

    You will find the trace file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.
    The trace file will be named "trace.YYYYMMDD.txt"

    In the body of the email you may reference this thread and in the subject line you may put "ATTN: JC".
