sync problems

Hello everyone, I explain my problem:
I use a strategy that uses orders managed.io how I act when ninja crashes or disables the strategy? there is a method to synchronize the position? or even to cancel the order?

Thank you for your post.

If NinjaTrader crashes there is no method that could close the positions and cancel the orders. If NinjaTrader crashes or loses connection to your broker due to a disconnect or PC shut down we would recommend contacting your broker directly to handle these positions and orders.

However, if it is simply a disable from within the software either manually or from the strategy you can use the settings under Tools > Options > Strategies > NinjaScript to determine if the entry and/or exit orders are cancelled.

bergimax, I would suggest to closely review the scenarios discussed in this link - http://www.ninjatrader.com/support/h..._positions.htm

You can also directly set the SyncAccountPosition bool in your strategy Initialize().
