OPenTick & ZenFire Datafeed

Hi:
I connect to the above in the following order:
1/ Zenfire
2/ OpenTick

I am aware that ZenFire does not support daily charts, so was assuming that I could use OpenTick to provide this requirement.

I have the following problems, however.
1/ At the moment, if I use the YM ##-## continuous contract to construct a daily chart, it would appear still to be using the YM 03-08 contract since the daily volume is very low since rollover.
2/ Even though I subscribe to the realtime OpenTick data feed, I do not get real time update of this daily chart. Any reason why this is the case (I have no problems getting updates to the $TICK chart in realtime).
3/ As a result, I have to wait for the next day before it will load the prior day bar --- not useful if one is trying to analyse the markets prior to the next day.

Any help on any of these points would be appreciated.

2) You would need to ask OT about this as well (before you do so, just connect to OT and see if the behaviour is present)

I believe that the daily OT is not real time. It only creates the day bar after the opening of the following day. A good workaround is to use a 1440 minute chart with a 24 hour session. It works for me.
