Error Message When Loading Chart

I keep getting, "Bar timer disabled since either you are disconnected or current time is outside session time or chart end date" what does this mean and how to fix?

Hello deebo2002,

Please right click on the chart and select Data Series. Then in the Data Series window select 'Session template' set to 'Default247' and press OK.

The session template applied to a chart controls the time frame that data is displayed on the chart for.
You can view/edit/create session templates in the Session Manager window.

Sorry, I don't get it.Everything was already on 24/7. All I have is a blank chart.

Who are you connected to? This is displayed by green on lower left corner of the Control Center window.

What instrument have you selected?

What interval is selected on the chart?
