    disconnection enforced due to 2nd login

    I've had this a few times now: an error message saying that disconnection has been enforced due to a second login. I'm only logged in once. I'm only using one computer. What's up?

    Thank you for your post.

    This means that someone else is trying to login to your account as well. Best is to report this to your broker and ask if they can see who is logging in to your account.

      Call your broker to cross-check if there really is a login from a different IP address. If so, your account number and login is compromised.

      If not, do you have 2 network cards in your computer, and are they both connected to your router(if you have one)?
