    Stuck order I cannot cancel


    Help please. I have a stuck order and do not know how to cancel it. I tried what I know:
    a. Clicking on the X on the DOM.
    b. Clicking on the X in the Charttrader (which I usually do not use, I only opened it up to see if I can cancel the order that way).
    c. I tried cancelling it in the Orders tab in the Control Center.
    d. I closed and exited NT, then re-opened it. The order is still there and repeating a. thru c. did not work.

    What to do?

    Hello sandman,

    Can you please reset the sim101 account to remove the order. You can reset the sim101 account as follows. Please go to Control Center-->Tools-->Options-->Simulator-tab. Enter the values you like on the left side and click the Reset button on the right side. More information can be found at the link below.


    If this is a live order, please contact your broker as soon as possible and check if they see the order so they can cancel it for you.

      Thanks Jason. Rather radical but it worked. And no, luckily this was not a live order.
