Charts stop updating!

Does anyone have the problem with all of the price charts failing to continue updating?

This has happened a couple of times over the past few weeks. I'll notice that there is no price movement for several minutes and none of the charts are updating. I have to log out of NT and restart the app.

I'm not sure if the problem is with NT or Kinetick RT data feed.

So I may look further into this, please send a note to Support [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com with "ATTN: Chris S" in the subject line.

In the message, please include the following:
1.) A link to this forum thread.
2.) Your log and trace files for today.

You will find the log file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Log folder.

The log file will be named "log.YYYYMMDD.txt"

You will find the trace file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.

The trace file will be named "trace.YYYYMMDD.txt"

You keep losing connection to Kinetick.
Please manually disconnect and reconnect to Kinetick.
