How can i write this so it updates every second?

Thank you for your note.
There's a couple options to do this, such as a custom timer.
One method that I might propose would be to add a 1 second data series to the script and set your CalculateOnBarClose to true.
You can then use BarsInProgress to filter out the incoming bar update and run the custom event.
