commissions in Chart trader

I realize this may be a stupid, beginner question but I need an answer: If I use Chart trader and place my target, for example, 2 points from my entry, then move this target, for example, 1 point from my entry, do I pay another commission for this move? Do I pay another commission for every Chart trader move I make?

Commission will be applied for an actual execution and will not be applied for modifying the order within NinjaTrader.

As a test, I had only enough margin in the account for one ES contract. I tried to move the target while the trade was working and it would not let me. If what you say is true:

Why didn't it let me move my target?
