Data Box refusing to Display

Hi, My data box is refusing to display on all charts , I have unchecked the always on top option and closed then restarted NT.
Any ideas ?

Can you clarify? There is only one databox that is shared among all open charts.

The data box is refusing to show up at all, I have tried to display it on various charts without success.

Hi Phil,

This issue can be solved by resetting your workspace. In order to do so, can you please go to My Documents-->NinjaTrader6 or (6.5)-->Workspaces. Delete the Default.XML file and restart NinjaTrader. The Data Box will now be available again.
