Error appears when trying to install

It completes the downloading and when it reaches the end, it says "Failed to download NinjaTrader". I tried several times but it doesn't help.
Any help? I sent an email but haven't recieve an answer yet.

What happens when you use a different browser to download the software? Something like Chrome or Firefox?

Furthermore, under what name/email have you sent an email?

I downloaded the Setup from your site, and when I installed it, it downloaded the setup files but at the end it says Failed to download NinjaTrader.
I sent an email from the same email I used to download the setup.
