Decimal place separator as "comma" not working with IQFeed

My operating system is Windows. In my operating system regional and language setting I have set number and currency format decimal separator to "comma".

When I connect to IQFeed I am not able to see any feed and charts are not ploted.

As per the requirement constrain I need "comma" as decimal separator

The comma for the decimal should not effect the data from your connectivity provider. Can you please send your log and trace files to me at support[at]ninjatrader[dot]com?

You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Mail to Support. Please place 'ATTN: Patrick - 1009904' in the subject line and please reference this thread in the body of the email: http://www.ninjatrader.com/support/f...ad.php?t=63717
