Old Order Still Visible In Chart Trader

NT crashed and when I reconnected there is an order that is still visible in the Chart Trader, was also visible in DOM. Restarted NT, no longer in DOM but still visible on Chart.
Tabs are orange, you can select the stops but they will no move or cancel.

Can I delete these lines from log?

You can remove executions from the Execution tab of the Control Center:

• Right mouse click on the Execution > Remove Execution

If the order was submitted to the sim101 account then you can reset the sim101 account to remove the orders:

• To reset the sim101 account please go to Tools--> Options--> Simulator--> and click Reset
