Unable to download Tick data using Kinetick

Good Day,

I just connected to Kinetick thru NT7 for the first time today.

I tried to use the Historical Data Manager (after 4:30pm EST) to download around 120 days of tick data (last) for P and for NQ ##-##.

On the Download tab, I select a start date of 9/1/2013 and end date of 2/3/2014, and check Tick and Last. When I click the Download button it returns immediately. There is no notification or progress on the Control Center status bar.

When I check the Edit Tab, There is no P tick data and there is no additional NQ ##-## (I already have 30 days or so) tick data either. In answer to the implied question of 'how did I get the NQ tick data?', I have no idea (sorry!).

Please advise on downloading historical data thru Kinetick.

Thank you for your post.

Are you using Kinetick's free EOD service or a live account? I ask because the free EOD service provides daily data only which would leave this type of data request unfulfilled.

Aha! I was digging around and couldn't find what kinds of data were available on the free EOD service, and you have answered it.
