Chart doesn't draw correctly (looks like a line of bars)

While I open different stock charts on the 3 chart linked chart windows, suddenly the chart looks like a horizontal line of bars, when I change the time frame it draws correctly even if i return back to the original time frame that caused the problem.

I had to switch to a different time frame and come back again when ever I face this problem

Do you have anything else plotted on this chart, such as an indicator or drawing object which may be changing the scale of the chart?

Can you reproduce this behavior without any indicators? If so, what symbols are you switching to/from and which time frames?

So far the problem seems to disappear even with my indicators. will get back to you again if it return

Ok problem is back when I switched to a different symbol (OKE) it gave the horizontal bars then when I switched to another symbol charts are all black like my background color with no bars, I had to restart ninjatrader to fix it.
