Rithmic not in Provider list

Just wondering if anyone else has had a similar issue...
I'm in the midst of setting up a Rithmic feed but after upgrading to v21 when i go to my account connections to set up my new feed Rithmic doesn't appear in my Providers list?
Can anyone offer advice of what i can do?
