Hi all.
I had an order submitted via Rithmic, broker: DeepDiscount Brokers, that turned to a state of "PendingSubmit". According to NinjaTrader documentation that means that the "Order was submitted to the connectivity provider". I called Crosslands to only find out that they did not show the order on their system and suggested that I contact NinjaTrader to resolve the issue. Can I get an explanation as to what had happened and how would I interpret it.
