Close in Basic Entry rejected by exchange

I added the FESB Instrument at EUREX. Details are in the attachment fesb-instrument.png

When I tried to close a trade using Basic Entry, the limit order placed by NinjaTrader got rejected.
The broker is Interactive Brokers, the error message in TWS is
"The order price is outside of the allowable price limits."


How can I change this?

Can you please send an email to support at ninjatrader dot com and refer to this post.
Include in your note your Log and Trace file for today.

You will find the log file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Log folder.

• The log file will be named "log.20140131.txt"

You will find the trace file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.

• The trace file will be named "trace.20140131.txt"
