¿Version Ninjatrader7+TWS+Windows 8?

Hi,

after changing computer and install everthing again, now I have problems of stability with ninja trader. When I´m trying to create new charts and charging datas suddenly appears an error message telling me that Ninja trader must closed and it shut down!!

1.- Is there any problems importing templates or workspaces folders form older versions?

2.- Coul you tell me what combination of TWS and Ninja trader 7 version is performing well?

Available versions from TWS are: TWS 9431 Jan 27 2014 and TWS 9369 Jan 5 2014
and fron Ninja Trder: 7.0.1000.20 and 7.0.1000.21

Can you please send your Log and Trace file from today to support at ninjatrader dot com and refer to this post. Put in the subject 'For Vince'.

You will find the log file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Log folder.

• The log file will be named "log.20140131.txt"

You will find the trace file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.

• The trace file will be named "trace.20140131.txt"

2) We only support TWS 938.1. This version can be downloaded from our website here:

Furthermore it would be best to be on our current release which is V7.0.1000.21 and can be downloaded from here:

I had different versions so that I have started from the begining with the installation of the combination of versions that you told me and now everything seems to be good!!

So, fortunately and for the moment I think I don´t have to send you any log file.
