Problems With Either: Ninja-AMP-CQG?

Hi Everybody!

In mid-December, AMP suddenly announced it was stopping ZenFire -- which I had used without any problems or issues for years. I got switched to CQG.

Since then, and especially the last 2-weeks, my connection goes out 3-4-5-6 times a day, in the mornings alone, almost without fail.

Is anyone else having this problem? And, if so, is the problem with Ninja? AMP? CQG data? Either way this is completely unacceptable.

Thank you for your post.

Please me a note to support[at]ninjatrader[dot]com with your Log, Trace, and CQGTrace from the last couple days attached. Put Attn Cal in the subject and a reference to this post in the body.

You will find the log file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Log folder.

The log file will be named "log.YYYYMMDD.txt"

You will find the trace file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.

The trace file will be named "trace.YYYYMMDD.txt"

You will find the CQGTrace on your PC in the Trace Folder with the same date

Thanks Cal . . . I might do that but re-created a workspace and didn't lose connection all afternoon today. I've noticed that charts and workspaces periodically become "corrupted," draining huge chunks of CPU, and must be re-created. It was the same years ago when I used TradeStation.

I use cgq(continuum)/ninja/rcg with no issues at all.
