connection issue

i am connected to MBT trading live. My left bottom connect status is orange. it's usually green. i'll turn of NT then restart and goes green for about 1/2 a day then back to orange. So i can't load any new charts or change TF.

You will find the file here: My Documents > NinjaTrader 7-> Trace > trace.YYYYMMDD.txt

Log file will be located by going to Documents->NinjaTrader 7->Log->log.YYYYMMDD.txt
