Rithmic connection lost in the first 15 minutes of the market

Hi,

now i have a new account data feed Rithmic but in the past 3 days, the connection is lost and then repeatedly shot in the first 15 minutes of the market.
I do not understand where the problem is. Before and after everything is ok, but in the log of ninja i see all the connections and disconnections.

what happens?

There have been reports of packet loss regarding a few ISP backbones being used to route Rithmic users from their commercial ISP.

If you email me at support[at]ninjatrader[dot]com, I'll be happy to review your log files and run further diagnostics to the specific servers you're connecting to.

Been seeing a little bit on East Coast USA every day..Although there was one day that was clean.

Time is local.

A few seconds isn't bad though. . But surely nerve racking.

Any time the market is moving fast ...i get disconnected every few mintues .... same time no problem with CQG ...

before, wirh zenfire I never had any problems.
