License Error

Hello, I use a Zen-Fire account, when I try to enter my License Key a message appears " Your license could not be verified and is reset to 'simulation only' mode. Please contact [email protected], if this is an error: Invalid license ". My NinjaTrader version is 7.0.1000.17 .
What can I do ?

There are three main reasons why this message appears.

• Your license is truly invalid. If you would like us to test your license key, please email us with a copy of your license key and we'll be happy to do that.
• The license key has been entered incorrectly. Please ensure that an incorrect character or space has not been entered at the end of your license key. Also, if the character "@" is present in the License Key we sent you, please include that as well, as it is part of the key.
• The most common reason is that a firewall on your PC or on the network your computer is on is preventing NinjaTrader from accessing our license servers. To test this, please disable all firewalls and then restart NinjaTrader and see if it works. If yes, you just need to add ninjatrader.com to the exception list (safe list) for your firewall software
