Charts Blank - Not updating

Hi,

I have problems with my charts updating . See attached image as an example.(I was going to add image but "Insert Image" tag wants a http url. I don't know how to do this so I will explain chart.)

On creating a new daily chart for FX AUD/USD(doesn't matter which currency I choose chart is always the same) the y axis range is 0 to 0.0001 and the x axis has no range listed. Main area of chart is blank

This issue has happened over the last month.

I'm running NJ 7.0.1000.21
OS WIN7 Professional SP1
GAIN fed on NJ servers.

I have looked through multiple threads and tried all I could, including

resetting/repairing DB
Clearing Caches
Re-installing NJ
Upgrading NJ
Attempting setting changes.
Confirmed PC clock/time
Removed any program installs in last few months

Seems I'm getting nowhere.

Can someone assist?

OK - just found this thread and seems issue is with GAIN/NJ Historical Data Servers.

I did attempt to change to GAIN servers in my connection but this made no difference.

I will check after this weekends work and follow above thread.
