    Thanks for reporting. I can't confirm yet but it would seem that MBT changed something in their back office since there had been another report of something similar and I can reproduce an issue with placing orders. This is currently under investigation.

      Ok, thanks for updating me Ray!

      Not sure if it will help you diagnose, but it seems I am able to login through a demo account, just not my live account. Maybe something on the live order server.

        I had the same type of issues on Friday..... No orders would go thru to MBTrading. Tried Sim Account and worked fine..........Need issue solved now, not by Feb 1st.............

          Hmm ... hard to tell what's going wrong there. This would require debugging on a live account.

                  We have released an interim beta build that works with 10.13.08 MBT version only. If you wish to use it, please follow these instructions:

                  Uninstall current MBT via Windows Control Panel Add/Remove programs
                  Install the latest MBT
                  Uninstall current NTvia Windows Control Panel Add/Remove programs
                  Install the following interim build

                  www.ninjatrader-support.com/ninjatrader/nt5.1/NinjaTrader.Install.msi

                          for the past couple days I cannot get my NinjaTrader to execute orders thru my MB account. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Ninja several times. Ninja shows tha it is connected and opens up my navigator window correctly but when I try to send an order they never make it to MB.

                            Hi Craig,

                            Is there an error when you place the order? Can you otherwise send an email directly from within NT5 under Help--> Mail to Support. That way we will have the log and can investigate your issue.

                            Please refer to this topic when you send the log.
