monthly chart of 6C not updating. Why??

I have a monthly chart of the 6C 03-14 which is not updating. When I create a new chart with the same symbol, the new one is fine. I've got the latest version of NT, so that's not the problem. I've got lots of other charts which are updating, daily, weekly and monthly, so it's not a systemic problem, just a problem with this particular chart. My datafeed is the free EOD Kinetick. Is there a glitch with the freebie data, or is the problem in the charting package, or what? And, importantly, how to fix it? and more importantly, how to prevent this from happening again?
    Thanks,
    Tasuki

    Hello,

    Thank you for your post.

Please right click in the chart and select 'Data Series'. What date is listed for the 'End Date' property?

      Well, there's your problem, mam!
Thanks, Kyle. The end date was 6/20/2013.
For the new chart, the end date is 1/22/2014, which is still bogus, because this is supposed to be a MARCH 2014 contract.
      So, two questions:
      1) how in the world did a chart of the March 2014 contract of the Canadian dollar ever come to have an end date in June of last freaking year? Swear to God I didn't do it myself, so it must be something really funky about Ninjatrader. Let me be frank, this sort of glitch shouldn't be possible. The software should be smart enough to know when the end date of a contract is, ya think???
      2) Why would a March contract's end date be in January, or is this wrong too?

      Thanks,
      Tasuki

        Hello,

I do not know why your chart's End Date would be that far off unfortunately.

After setting the value to today's date please save your workspace (File > Workspaces > Save Workspace) then restart NinjaTrader. Assuming that you see the current date reflected after restarting, you should see the date roll over automatically moving forward.
