    Continuum - Not getting real time data

    Hello, i've connected NinjaTrader to Continuum, but any charts are freezed, no quotes in superDOM.

    When i try to make some order i get this message in yellow in log: "CQG.Adapter.SubscribeMarketDepthResolve: EPH4 is not enabled for realtime quotes and trading" in log file. " and also message window says: Continuum. There is no data available to drive the simulation engine. affected order Buy 1 Market".

    Reseting instruments doesn't help.

    What kind of problem can i have?

    Hello knifeparty,
    Please disconnect from Continuum, reset the instruments and restart NinjaTrader.

    To reset your instruments please: go to the Tools menu, select the Options menu item, select the Data tab, and then click on 'Reset Instruments'.

    If you continue to receive the same message, please contact your broker to enable this data on your account.
