pending orders on live trading with AMP via CQG

Started this Monday I have all operations with live orders (placing or cancelation) pending until next login. After new login orders change their status to executed (placed or canceled respectively). If two operations done at once - like place an order and attempt to cancel it while it was pending - then after log off/on procedure system stated that order canceled, but actual order - the one that was pending and supposed to be canceled appears executed and need to be canceled once again.
Pls, look at the attached trace file, and let me know how can I fix it?
