Charting the Nikkei Index from SGX

I went through the steps to setup the dollar denominated Nikkei 225 index futures contract that is traded in Singapore Exchange and made sure that the tick value and the point value and the eSignal (my data provider) symbol for this contract were setup correctly in the Instrument Manager.

Despite all these steps when I try to select this contract for charting in NT (version 6.1000.7) I get a blank chart screen.

Any suggestion on solving this problem is greatly appreciated.

Any messages in the log tab of the Control Center? Also, please upgrade to the latest version of NT6.0.1000.10.
