DJIA chart not updating after initial connect

My realtime DJIA chart does not update after initial loading. Other charts are updating just fine.

If I select ^COMP for that chart, ^COMP loads and then updates. Changing back to ^DJIA loads, but then just sits there. The time doesn't even update.

Who are you connected to? This is displayed by green on lower left corner of the Control Center window.

Do you receive an error on screen? Are there errors on the Log tab of the Control Center? If so, what do these errors report?

I'm connected to Kinetick. Log shows no errors, just Connection.

Resetting the instruments did NOT fix the chart. It still sits there and does not update. Is there another fix?

By the way, two of my charts show time and no data for yesterday. The other charts don't. What's up with that?
