Hello bougie,
Can you please proceed as follows. While NinjaTrader is closed, please go to C:\-->Users-->*Windows user account*-->(My) Documents-->NinjaTrader 7-->workspaces and delete the _Workspaces.xml file. This will not delete your workspaces, but ensures no workspaces are opened on startup.
Start NinjaTrader, connect to the Market Replay connection and check if the Market Replay control window will appear.
You can open your workspaces at Control Center-->File-->Workspaces-->Open Workspace.JasonNinjaTrader Customer Service

This should normally do the trick. Could it be you did not shut down NinjaTrader when deleting the file?
If the issue remains, please send me the log and trace files. Log and trace files can be found at the following locations. Please attach them in the email. You can send it to support[at]ninjatrader[dot]com. Put 'Att Jason, Market Data Replay' in the subject header.
C:\-->Users-->*Windows user account*-->(My) Documents--> NinjaTrader 7--> Log--> log.20140117 for today. (log.yyyymmdd for any other date)
