Urgent! Unable to cancel order on chart trader

Hi,

I'm unable to cancel a pending order from the chart by clicking the X button.

I tried to cancel it from the control center by left clicking and selecting cancel trade but it is not working either.

Please help urgently.

Immediately call your broker to cancel the order.

Please include your most recent log and trace files, Attn: Matthew in the Subject line and a reference to this thread.

You will find the log file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Log folder.

* The log file will be named ‘log.20140114.txt’

You will find the trace file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.

* The trace file will be named ‘trace.20140114.txt’
