problem connecting continuum

Hi there.

I have some problemsn to connect continuum. I have added continuum and see the green light below left in controlcenter.
My chart receives the latest data after connecting, but after that no further fresh data in chart and control center.
When I disconnect and connect again: latest data in chart but again no fresh data as well as in chart and control center.
what happens? what do I do wrong.
