RCG Continuum Connected BUT no data streaming...

using R20 and continuum, it says connected and my ES chart updated to the current price, but never move. no data coming in at all.... help

In addition to Continuum are you also connected to Kinetick?

If ES 03-14 is selected in the Orders tab of the Control Center window do you see updates to bid, ask and last price or is 'n/a' shown?

no i m not connected to kinetic, isnt it not required ?

i clicked on the log it says

CQG.adapter SubscribeMarketDataResolve: F.US.6E.H14 could not be resolved.
CQG.adapter SubscribeMarketDataResolve: ESH4 is not enabled for realtime quotes and trading....and theres a couple more item more or less the same thing

Hello,

Based on this information I would recommend that you contact your broker to report the issue and ask that they confirm that the data portion of the account is ready for you to use and that you are authorized for the instruments which currently present this error message.

- Upgraded to R21

-To reset your instruments please: go to the Tools menu, select the Options menu item, select the Data tab, and then click on 'Reset Instruments'.

-Restart NT

-okay now it works
