Charts not updating

multiple charts not updating.
reviewed and performed all issues as sticky advises, but still no result.

Chart DOES NOT Update real time

time 5:31 CST
6A June
CL March
new windows created

Data Feed: DTN

Which session template is used in this chart? To check, right click in the chart and select Data Series.

Hello,

Please open the Options menu (Tools > Options) then navigate to the Data tab. In the data tab, set the Merge Policy drop down menu to DoNotMerge then click OK.
