NT7 V 19 Start up problem

I am a Ninjatrader/Zen/Mirus client and with all the problems couldnt even start up V18 as i had it in autoconnect, so i thought id delete v18 and install the new v19 and at least i could use it in sim data feed for a while until i decide what im going to do for a live feed.

However when i downloaded v19 - same thing i cant even get it up on the screen - i thought it would have delected the zen connection- Anyone know how to remove the zen connection so i can run it in sim?

Thanks for the post.

Can you please open up the windows task manager under Ctrl+Alt+Delete. Then go to the Processes tab and End the process(es) for NinjaTrader.exe.
After this please send us your configuration file.

• You will find your configuration file in the following directory:
• (My) Documents\NinjaTrader 7\config.xml

Once located, please attach the config.xml file to the email you're sending us

thanks for the quick reply Vince, got v19 going on sim - all i need now is a nice Rithmic feed
