Rithmic connection

NT Support, I updated NT7 to ver 19 and noticed that there is no Rithmic provider when I try to setup a new account connection. The question is, when Dorman or AMP comes out with a solution to use Rithmic, how will NT connect with the API?

just an fyi to say that I have r19 and I can see Rithmic as an option

cant connect but that may just be because I have just been given an Amp Rithmic trial and there may be something wrong with that

This means that your license key is enabled for Rithmic.

When you try to connect, do you receive an error message?

Klaus,

Send email to support, along with your license key and ask them to regenerate your license. Once done, restart NinjaTrader and Rithmic will show up.
