NT + Interactive Brokers can't reach live account

Hi:

Just got my new NT MultiBroker license, followed the steps described at http://www.ninjatrader.com/Connectio...nnection-Guide.
- I get the "Connected - InteractiveBrokers"
- I get the list of orders on my IB live account (already funded) in Ninja Control Center
- I see prices moving (so data feed looks OK)

- I try to enable any startegy on the live IB account, but I can only see the Sim101 account.

What should I do to be able to activate the strategies, DOM, etc on the Interactive Brokers live account?

Hello pakricard,

Can you please uncheck 'Global Simulation Mode' at Control Center-->File.

You should now be able to select your live account in NinjaTrader and trade it. As long as 'Global Simulation Mode' is disabled you can switch between the sim account and live account. If enabled, it will have the sim101 selected - greyed out - which cannot be changed.

Hi Jason.. it IS unchecked, and even so only Sim101 seems available.

Can you please tell me how you enable the strategy - in a chart or Control Center-->Strategies-tab? You should be able to select your IB account as per the 'Account' setting.

Are you able to select your live account in a SuperDOM or in ChartTrader?

Hi Jason:

Sorted out, just updated to V19 and now it works. Don't know why.

Before (on V18) when NT started it had Global Simulation Mode activated, but after connecting to IB, the tick diappeared but could not connect.
