Just thought I would bring this up with so many traders changing brokers etc.. I know a few traders who have no idea where their stop orders reside. Very important to know whether they reside on your trading platform, your broker's servers or at the exchange. If they sit on your platform or at your broker then you are subject to great risk in case of internet / power failure. Call your broker and ask or better yet call your trading desk after you have a position open and ask them if they can see your resting stop order... just to be sure.
