    Hello thuff,

    Thanks for your reply.

I would recommend unintalling and reintalling to ensure everything was properly installed.

IF the 64 exe exists you would find it under the following location and may create a shortcut for it
    C:\Program Files (x86)\NinjaTrader 7\bin64\NinjaTrader.exe

Following these steps will not affect your data, settings, configuration, NinjaScripts, Workspaces, ect.

First save your license key to a document
You can locate your license key by going to Help> License Key
Now exit NinjaTrader and uninstall it within Windows Control Center
Once uninstalled you can redownload NinjaTrader from the link below

Under Current User paste your license key
    Select Download NinjaTrader
Download and install Version 7.0.1000.18 (Current)

... the upgrade didn't create a 64-bit icon. This was on a machine that previously ran 64-bit NT.

Are their parameters I can ADD to the shortcut (icon) to launch 64-bit mode?

    Hello thuff,

    Thanks for your post.

When installing NinjaTrader on a 64-bit computer you will have 2 icons, the 64-bit version "NinjaTrader 7(64-bit)" and the 32-bit version "NinjaTrader 7"
Please check for these under the Windows Start menu> All Programs> NinjaTrader 7

So long as your data provider and indicators work on the 64-bit version it is recommended to continue to use the 64-bit version as it is able to better handle large amounts of memory.

Below I have provided a link to the Understanding the data provided by your connectivity provider section of our help guide which includes 64-bit support information.

Please do not hesitate to contact us for any other NinjaTrader inquiries you may have.

How do I ensure I launch NT in 64-bit mode? Is there a parameter to ADD to the Shortcut?
