    Connection Problem

    Hi there,
    I tried to connect with Rithmic but message appears "Login failed: please check your account connection parameters and your internet connection".My internet connection is fine and my account connection parameters are fine too.What can I do?

    Can you please tell me which version of NinjaTrader you are using, NT V7.0.1000.x? You can check this under Help--> About.

    Have you recently connected to this connection? Or is this a new connection?

      I'm using NT V7.0.1000.17.
      This is a new connection.

        That version will work with the Vision Financial Markets technology and I'm sure your internet connection is fine.

        If this is a new connection in which you've never logged in, please double check your credentials with your broker. The username/password is case sensitive and does not allow for any white spaces, so you may want to recreate the connection and try again.

        There may also be some items that need to be setup on the account before you can log in. Please confirm this account is ready and that you are using the exact credentials for this account.

                  That there is likely the problem. You can have only one Demo in a 90 Day period. At least, that is what it used to be. I ended up going with other brokers, so I do not know what the current situation may be. You might want to call and find out.
